A Registered Apprenticeship program is a structured earn-while-you-learn model that combines related training instruction with on-the-job learning under the guidance of an experienced mentor. Upon completing a Registered Apprenticeship program, the apprentice earns a nationally recognized credential from the U.S. Department of Labor certifying occupational proficiency.
