2023 Pathways Grads and Tiffany

Sharon, Andrew, and JT with Tiffany Nesbey

On behalf of the Pathway to Success program, Johnson & Johnson and FHI 360 are proud to celebrate this year’s three Pathways college graduates- Andrew Gibson, Sharon Edelman, and James “JT” Sinnott!  This power trio began their time in the Phoenixville, Pennsylvania Bridge to Employment (BTE) program back in 2016 and have been going strong ever since. Throughout their time in the program, they participated in a variety of workplace readiness and professional development workshops that focused on building their professional portfolios, mastering interviews, and successfully navigating the job search process to secure a professional position. All three of these Pathways rockstars participated in not one, but two full-time internship experiences, both within Johnson & Johnson and externally, and have truly grown into ready professionals. Throughout their time in the Pathways program, they served as supports to one another, providing encouragement, words of wisdom, and a healthy dose of fun and laughter.

Congratulations to our graduates:

  • Andrew Gibson is graduating from Penn State-Altoona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity Analytics & Operations;
  • Sharon Edelman is graduating from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences; and
  • JT Sinnott is graduating from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

We are proud of your achievements, but even more proud of the incredible young professionals you’ve become. The tassel was worth the hassle!

On behalf of Johnson & Johnson and FHI 360, congratulations to our Pathways Phoenixville cohort! We look forward to seeing what’s in store in this next chapter!
