For over 25 years, Johnson & Johnson’s BTE program has engaged 14-to-18-year-old students from nearly 100 communities in 22 countries across 6 continents to:
• Increase the number of students who enroll in higher education; and
• Increase the number of students interested in pursuing careers in the Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Manufacturing, and Design (STEM2D) sectors.
BTE is fundamentally rooted in Our Credo and our commitment to enhance the communities in which we live and work. Key to the success of the program is the active involvement of Johnson & Johnson employee volunteers who share their expertise, knowledge, skills, and personal experiences, and become another caring adult in the lives of the students.
