Johnson & Johnson Employee Survey on Potential BTE Engagement Step 1 of 4 25% About Bridge to Employment (BTE)For over 25 years, Johnson & Johnson’s BTE program has engaged 14-to-18-year-old students from over 80 communities in 19 countries across 6 continents to: • Increase the number of students who enroll in higher education; and • Increase the number of students interested in pursuing "STEM" or healthcare careers. BTE is fundamentally rooted in Our Credo and our commitment to enhance the communities in which we live and work. Key to the success of the program is the active involvement of Johnson & Johnson employee volunteers who share their expertise, knowledge, skills, and personal experiences, and become another caring adult in the lives of the students.
