Only 11 percent of business leaders agree today’s college graduates have the skills and competencies that their businesses need. This is known as the skills gap. To better address the global #SkillsGap, business needs to take an active role in preparing young people—including through school-business partnerships and employee engagement. There are many promising practices, now is the time to expand what works.

On Tuesday, April 11, join the #SkillsGap Twitter chat for an integrated conversation on how local, national and global efforts are being taken to create mutually beneficial school-business partnerships, preparing young people for the future of work.
