On January 12, Rochester-area Ortho Clinical Diagnostics employees gathered together to host a kick-off celebration with students accepted into OCD’s second Bridge to Employment (BTE) Program.  Nearly 30 sophomore students from five different Livingston County High Schools gathered with their parents to kick off this new program. Through the support of 24 OCD mentors and the Livingston County Business Education Alliance (BEA), students are offered real-world experiences, as well as interview preparation, college application support and exposure to a wide variety of unique, high-demand career options in the fields of math, science and healthcare.
