BTE Announcements

The Bridge to Employment family is thrilled to share that the Mexican Center for Philanthropy and the ALIARSE NETWORK in Latin America have recognized Johnson & Johnson Mexico as “Best Corporate Volunteering Practice in Latin America in 2020” thanks to the exceptional employee engagement efforts displayed by Johnson & Johnson volunteers and the BTE Mexico City site leadership team.

The BTE Mexico City program ran successfully from 2017 to 2020 and achieved outstanding results. This was in large part because of the volunteers who helped to support the program, but even more importantly, thanks to the incredible young people who participated and demonstrated unparalleled dedication and commitment to their futures. BTE commends the 40 students who successfully finished their high school studies and will soon be entering university, many in STEM2D professions.

This achievement was made possible thanks to more than 250 volunteers who, during the last 3 years, have donated their time, talents, and knowledge to the program. Not only have the Johnson & Johnson volunteers lived the J&J Credo through their daily actions and efforts within the BTE program, they continue to inspire young people to do the same by giving back to the communities where they live and work. Many thanks and accolades to BTE Mexico City: You have made our program proud!
