As the excitement of college acceptance letters deepen, many students begin realizing the importance of planning for critical next steps, one being preparing for college entrance exams. Many U.S. colleges and universities across the nation use some form of the ACCUPLACER college placement exam. The following is a sample syllabus specifically targeted at preparing youth for the math placement section of a college entrance exam. Material spans from basic computation skills to pre-calculus.
