Each year at ABTS, student ambassadors complete a team-based challenge project. This year, student ambassadors were presented with a challenge designed to introduce them to the intricacies of both research and product development. Ambassadors were given the opportunity to meet and conduct informational interviews with Johnson & Johnson professionals who provided an overview of the Johnson & Johnson industry, business support units, and introductions to key product development roles that are essential to the launch of a product. These roles included finance, marketing, public relations, package engineering, sales, claims,and product development. Once ambassadors built a solid foundation and understanding of partners involved in successfully launching a product, they collaborated with their teams to design a New Generation Prototype inspired by a current Johnson & Johnson product on the market.
